Retreat on Essentials of Meditation
Based on Dhyana Yoga of Bhagavad Gita
By Acharya Sri Satchitananda Sai

18-19th January, 2014 (This weekend)

Venue: Vishnu Shiva Mandir
82 Mawson Drive, Mawson ACT 2607

We lovingly invite all spiritual aspirants in Canberra and Interstate for this weekend retreat on the Essentials of Meditation from the 18 to 19 January 14 at Vishnu Shiva Mandir.  The retreat will cover the fundamental process and practices of meditation as described in Chapter 6 of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita (Dhyana Yoga).

The main purpose of this retreat is to address some of these essential aspects of meditation.  Meditation is common to many cultures and faiths, and addresses the human quest for inner peace. Whether one is a student or a professional struggling to cope with the vicissitudes of life, meditation has now become an invaluable tool for coping.

The retreat is to be conducted by Acharya Sri Satchitananda Sai, whose talks have been deeply enriching to many local and interstate participants. Many of the attendees at the Dhyana Yoga retreat in Sydney last year have expressed the profound impact that the retreat has had on their spiritual journey and there are a number of returning attendees from Sydney and Melbourne for the retreat this year in Canberra as testament to this fact.

We have received many registrations for this Retreat and we kindly request others who are interested, but not yet confirmed, to please confirm your attendance by a return email to ‘This email address is being protected from spambots.
